Elmira: The Cowles Restoration

What the college did with this building renders its own post.  Now granted; most of the work in this building is purely for aesthetics and doesn't really benefit the students of Elmira.  So yes, they could have spent money on updating the library, improving the dining hall options, expanding academic offerings, etc...and that is definitely how they SHOULD have spent the money.  But hot damn, if this beautiful restoration didn't have me "oooooo"ing and "ahhhhhh"ing.
